REU Mentorship

In Summer 2024, I was the graduate student mentor for an REU run by my advisor, Jenny Wilson, where David Baron, Chenglu Wang, and Chunye Yang were the undergraduate participants. We studied (co)homological stability patterns in a variant of ordinary configuration spaces with an imposed verticality condition. Our work led to a paper, titled `Representation stability in the (co)homology of vertical configuration spaces' (Arxiv: ArXiv:2412.01128).

AWM Mentorship

In the academic year 2022-23, I was a mentor in the AWM mentor-mentee program.
In Winter 2024, I participated in AWM's "vertical mentoring" program.
You can read more about the Michigan chapter of AWM here.

Michigan Math Club

I gave a talk at the Michigan Math Club in Jan 2023. Here is the poster and notes.

Michigan Directed Reading Program

I mentored a DRP in Winter 2023, where we worked through parts of J Munkres' "Analysis on Manifolds"; in Winter 2025, where we studied the "Matrix-Tree Theorem" in Graph Theory; and in Fall 2025, where we studied the fundamentals of point-set topology from J Munkres' "Topology".

Michigan Math Circle

I ran a Math Circle Session on "Tiling with Dominoes" in Feb 2022.
You can see past Math Circle events here.
